- Outbound Returns allows you to create a return label that can
be included in with your outbound shipment.
- During the shipment creation process, simply select the "Generate
return shipment labels" to include with your shipment and
complete the required information on the “Return”
tab in order to complete your shipment. Click

send them to the returnee without sending an outbound shipment.
- Labels can be either printed and provided to the returnee, or
emailed directly to them.
