Return From
This section displays the information of the party who will be sending the return shipment. By default, this is the outbound shipment Ship To address. To change the address, select Edit and modify the address details.

Return To
This section displays the information of the party receiving the return shipment. By default, this is the Preferred Return To Address set in Account Preferences or the outbound shipment Ship From address if the Preferred Return To Address is not set.
To change the address, select Edit and modify the address details (to change the address permanently go to My Account > Preferences).

Number of Labels
In the Number of Labels box please numerically type in the number of return shipment labels you would like to create with the shipment.

Total Weight
In the Weight box please numerically type in the average weight of each return shipment (ex. If 3 return shipment labels are created and the average weight of each return shipment is 10 Kg, you would enter the number "10" in this box.

OSNR-Signature Not Required
This option authorizes Purolator to automatically release shipments without a signature if the drop-off location is determined to be safe and secure.

Additional Handling
My shipment contains high-risk itmes or is unpacked. For shipments considered high risk and shipments that qualify for Additional Handling, please refer to Purolator's Terms and Conditions of service.
