Return
From This section allows you to enter the address from where
the return package will be shipped from. You can key enter
the information or pull the address from your address book
or use MS Outlook.
Return
To This section verifies your Return to location. It is
defaulted from your profile, but can be changed by selecting
the Edit link or you can select an address from your address
book.
Bill
To This section allows you
to select a Purolator Account, a 3rd Party account or a secured
3rd party account in order to bill your return shipment to.
E-mail Notification
If you would like to send your return label to the
recipient via e-mail, you will need to enter the Recipient
E-mail address in the field located in this section.
If you wish to print your return label and provide it to the
recipient through other means, you will leave this field blank.
This section also allows you to create Advanced Shipping Notifications
as well as create a shipper message. A typical Shipper Message
that would be sent to a recipient with an emailed return label
could read something like:
This e-mail contains a link to a return shipping label. Please
click the link and print the return label. Once the shipment
is ready, you can visit www.purolator.com to schedule a pickup
or find the closet Purolator Location for drop off. You can
also 1-888-SHIP 123 and schedule a pickup through the Purolator
automated system.
References
In this section you can enter your RMA (Return Merchandise
or Material Authorization) number. This is an optional field,
if you choose not to enter an RMA, the system will automatically
generate one. This information can be used to track the package,
it will also display on the return shipping label and is passed
through to the electronic invoice in order for reconciliation.
