Overview
With Purolator Courier's eShip Online you can now send the same package to a
group distribution list with a single click. - whether it is to 5, 15 or 25 people.
The maximum number of addresses you can send at one time is 50.
To access this function, go to your E-Ship Online Address Book, select from the
Address Book Tools drop-down and click the arrow.

Sending Group Shipments
To send a group shipment use the following steps:
- Select a predefined group (a distribution list) from your address book. The "To-Address"
name-field in E-Ship Online will be populated with the group-name.
- Provide all other required information in Step 1 and Step 2 of E-Ship Online (the
From-Address, Pick Up and Package Details).
- Clicking NEXT in Step 2 will lead you to the Batch-Shipment screen,
where you are able to edit each shipment individually, if necessary.
- Click PROCESS ALL SHIPMENTS to confirm and process your distribution
list.
- Print out the required shipping documents and attach them to all packages.
You have now created shipping documents for an entire group with a simple click! |
