Tracking Details

After you have entered your PIN number (Package Identification Number) or a Unique Customer Reference, the Tracking Details dialogue box appears on your screen with the latest status of your package

Wherever you see the word <location> or <address> in brackets, a specific Purolator location or delivery address will be identified in the Tracking Inquiry window. For example, if a shipment is in transit from Purolator Guelph Depot, the scan will read "Left Guelph".

Please note that tracking results are only displayed once the shipment has been physically received and scanned by Purolator.

Received by Purolator at <pickup address> OR Received by Purolator The shipment has been given to Purolator by the shipper for carriage.
Corrective Action - Currently In Transit This shipment is currently in transit to a Purolator facility.
Shipment In Transit This shipment is currently in transit to a Purolator facility
On Purolator vehicle for delivery This shipment is destined to the receiver's location for delivery.
Left <location> This shipment has left a purolator facility
Arrived at <location> This Shipment has arrived at a Purolator location
New Tracking Number Assigned - <new PIN> A new tracking number (or Package Identification Number) has been assigned to the shipment.
Attempted Delivery- Customer Closed A delivery was attempted but the delivery location was closed
Address Correction Required This package requires address correction for delivery
Attempted Delivery - Package Refused A delivery was attempted but the shipment was refused at the delivery location.
Attempted Delivery- Receiver Unavailable A delivery was attempted but the receiver was not available to accept the shipment.
Scheduled Delivery Appointment Required To complete the delivery an appointment at the delivery location is required.
Customer Requested PM Delivery To complete the delivery an afternoon/evening appointment at the delivery location is required.
Pending Customs Clearance The shipment is at customs waiting for clearance
Delayed due to Weather This Shipment has been delayed in transit due to bad weather.
Mechanical Delay - Currently In Transit This Shipment has been delayed due to a mechanical issue
Delivery Rescheduled Shipment was rescheduled for delivery at an alternate time.
Arrived at <Location> This shipment has arrived at a Purolator facility
Delayed - Incomplete Shipment A multi-piece shipment is temporarily delayed
Available for Pickup OR Available for Pickup at <location> between <store opens hour> and <store closes hour> - Saturday Hours <store opens Saturday hour> to <store closes Saturday hour> The shipment is available for pickup at a Purolator location at the hours listed in the scan.
Left <Location> OR In Transit in U.S. U.S. In Transit
Delivered To Receiver's Customs Broker This shipment has been tendered to the Receiver's Customs Broker for processing
Cleared Customs at <location> The shipment has cleared Customs at the location specified.
Delivered to <delivery address> OR Delivered The shipment has been delivered to the specified receiver's address.
Delivered to <delivery address>. Signature not required - authorized by Receiver. The shipment has been delivered to the specified address and a signature was not required by authorization of the Receiver.
Delivered to <delivery address>. Signature not required - authorized by Shipper. The shipment has been delivered to the specified address and a signature was not required by authorization of the Shipper.
No Scanning Detail Available No scanning detail is available for the PIN specified. The shipment may not be with Purolator or may not yet have been scanned by Purolator.
Invalid Tracking Number Entered - Please Re-enter. The PIN entered is not a valid PIN number and should be re-entered.
