3rd Party Users
Manage MyPurolator > Manage Accounts

The Secure 3rd Party User option allows you to grant other users access to your account. With the new administration tools you will have full control of who is using your account and when. With a simple click of a button you will be notified of each shipment that is processed using your account. Use the following steps to set up a Secure 3rd Party User.


3rd Party Users - Add
Manage MyPurolator > Manage Accounts
  1. On the Manage Accounts screen click on the Account Number you wish to add users.
  2. Click on the GRANT 3RD PARTY USE button.
  3. Enter the correct E-Ship Online username of the person you wish to add.
    Make sure you have the correct spelling, including upper- and lowercase.
  4. Click the SAVE button - you will now see the user name in red in the list of 3rd Party Users.

3rd Party Users - Manage
Manage MyPurolator > Manage Accounts

To monitor the activity of the account that you have allowed access to approved 3rd Parties, you can click on the checkbox above the account user’s names to receive an e-mail notification every time one of these users opts to bill a shipment to your account.

3rd Party Users - Delete
Manage MyPurolator > Manage Accounts 

  1. Click on the Account Number you wish to remove users from.
  2. In the 3rd Party Users section, select the user name of the person you wish to remove.
  3. Click REMOVE.
  4. Click the SAVE button again to keep your updated account settings.
