Required: A signature will be collected from receiver at time of delivery.
Not Required: No signature will be collected from receiver at time of delivery.
Adult Signature Required: A signature will be collected once a recipient presents valid government-issued photo ID for proof of age, as required by the province or territory.

Certain shipments may require special handling using specialized equipment or manual handling when they do not conform to our regular package specifications. Shipments requiring special handling include, without limitation, the following: non-packaged articles, overweight†/oversized pieces, and unsuitable articles. |

This service is a convenient way to collect payment for goods being shipped within Canada.* We will collect your non-cash payment when we deliver your shipment and forward it to you. |
| Dangerous Goods |
This service helps ensure the safe and secure movement of regulated materials that require special handling and documentation. If you are shipping dangerous goods, you must tender your shipment in a manner which conforms with all applicable laws and regulations for the selected mode of transportation (i.e., air or ground).* |
| Chain of Signature (COS) |
This service provides secure transportation of controlled items.* Note: Only pre-authorized customers may send COS shipments. |
| Saturday Service |
Guaranteed delivery by end of day Saturday (for shipments picked up on a Friday) or delivery by end of day on the day specified by Purolator (for shipments picked up on a Saturday).*
Saturday delivery is available to Canadian and U.S. destinations only. Saturday pickup is only available for shipments within Canada. |
