The fields in this screen have been populated with the information entered during the registration process.

Information can be entered or edited in the following fields:

Purolator Account #: a drop down box allows you to select other accounts as your default account.
Language Preference
Company/Name
Department
Contact Name
Country
Postal Code
City
Province
Address: Street Number, Suffix, Street Name, Street Type, Direction, Suite, Floor #, Entry Code / Buzz #
Address 2
Address 3
Phone Number: enter in a 10 digit format (i.e. 999-999-9999)
Ext
Fax Number
Contact E-mail Address
Re-enter Contact E-mail Address

Click the SAVE button to save the information.

Profile - Password Retrieval/Change Password
Manage MyPurolator > My Profile

Password Retrieval
To modify your secret question and answer, enter the new question and answer into the fields, then click the SAVE button. This feature will allow your password to be reset by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Change Password
To change your E-Ship Online password, click the CHANGE PASSWORD button. Once you have completed entering the details including your old password, click the SUBMIT button.
