Overview
Do you have recurring shipments? How about those regular mailings that you have
to send out every month to a group of people? The batch shipping feature allows
you to set up multiple shipments, save and retrieve them whenever needed - regardless
of whether these shipments are domestic, or transborder or overseas.
Of course, you're in full control of these shipments, as you can add, edit or delete
individual shipments within a batch or complete the process whenever you want. Please
note that currently we have limited the batches to a maximum of 50 individual shipments.
If you require more, just create another batch, and let us know how much you require
by clicking here, so that we can implement your suggestions
into future versions.
Ship > Advanced Shipping Options > Batch Shipping
To create a batch, or select an existing group of shipments;
- Enter the name for the batch you are creating to help you identify this group of
shipments at a later stage.
- Click the arrow
button to confirm.
If you already have created batches, a drop-down menu also appears that allows you
to select the batch of shipments you wish to edit, or process. Click the arrow
button to confirm.
- Once you reach the Batch Management screen, you are able to review the contents
of the selected batch as well as edit individual shipments. Of course, if this is
a new "batch" you are creating, the list of shipments will be empty.
