Add Individual Shipments
To add a shipment to your list, select the type of shipment from the Create Shipment
link. You will then follow the usual Step-by-Step shipping process that you are
already familiar with. You will return to the shipment management screen by clicking
the NEXT STEP button in Step 2.
Edit Individual Shipments
To change the information for an individual shipment, simply click on the
Name section of the shipment you wish to edit. Again, you will follow
the Step-by-Step shipping process to make the changes as you require. Once you click
the NEXT STEP button in Step 2 the changes are saved and your shipment
is updated in the list of shipments in the respective batch.
Please note that any changes you make are edited for this shipment only. If you are
using the same shipment in other batches, these will need to be changed on an individual
basis.
Delete Individual Shipments
To delete an individual shipment from the list, please select it first by clicking
the radio-button next to the respective record and then click the Delete Selected
Shipment link.
While this shipment is deleted from this list immediately, the associated address,
as well as the same shipment in other batches are left untouched.
Process Individual Shipments
If you require one shipment only to be processed, select it first and then click
the PROCESS SELECTED SHIPMENT button at the bottom of the page - shipment
documents will be created for the selected record only.
